Source: The San Joaquin County Coroner's Office has identified the cyclist killed Tuesday afternoon in a traffic collision in Stockton. Donald Vallery Jr., 56, died after his bike struck a Ford pickup about 3:30 p.m. in the 400 block of North Wilson Way, according to the Stockton Police Department. Vallery was riding on the sidewalk when he hit the truck exiting a bank parking lot, police said. The incident is under investigation.
