Source: A woman who has been identified as Emma Blumstein, 24, was riding a bike was struck and killed this morning by a delivery truck in Lefferts Gardens. Emma was traveling south on Bedford Ave in the bike lane. A flatbed truck was traveling northbound. At the intersection of Bedford and Empire Blvd this truck made a left turn and the crash occurred.
