Source: Portland Police are investigating a fatal collision that resulted in the death of a biker. Officers assigned to East Precinct responded to report that a bicyclist had been struck by a car on 148th and Southeast Mill Street. The cyclist died of injuries sustained in the crash, and the driver remained on the scene with investigators. No additional details will be released at this time. The bicyclist who died Sunday after a collision with a car has been identified as James B. Queirolo, the Multnomah County Medical Examiner's Office said this morning. Queirolo was 47 and lived in Portland. The accident happened in the area of Southeast 148th Avenue and Southeast Mill Street. The driver remained on the scene with investigators.
