Source: Police say an Alma man struck by a car while riding his bicycle on East 16th Street Monday, November 19, has died. Seventy-year-old John Dryer was near the South Ware Street intersection when he apparently entered into the path of a vehicle driven by 82-year-old Mary Andrews, also of Alma.
