Source: Kevin Slisz, 20, of South Bend, has been identified as the bicyclist killed Thursday when struck by a sport-utility vehicle on Indiana 331 near Tyler Road, north of Bremen. He was pronounced dead of massive head and neck injuries, police said. The accident that occurred about 12:50 p.m. is still under investigation. The driver of the SUV has been identified as 33-year-old Holly Rae Huntington, of Bremen. She was treated for minor injuries at Memorial Hospital. Slisz was reportedly was headed north in the northbound lanes of Indiana 331 when he was struck.
