Source: The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal accident in Mission that happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. Trooper Johnny Hernandez told Action 4 that they were dispatched to a fatal crash scene on FM 681 & Los Ebanos Rd. They told us that a truck pulling a semi trailer was traveling eastbound on FM 681 when a Hispanic male on a bicycle, going north, crossed in front.
