Source: A 61 year old bicyclist died in a traffic accident. It happened by Foster Park just before 9a.m. The Ventura County Medical Examiner says Phillip Vivian of Ojai died at the scene. CHP investigators are trying to find out what caused Vivian to collide with a utility truck. The cyclist was heading west on Santa Ana Road that dead ends into Casitas Vista Road where the truck driver was heading North. There is a stop sign at the corner and there are share the road signs in the area just west of Highway 33. Officers talked to the truck driver and then let him go. They called this , " a right of way, " investigation. An autopsy will be performed tomorrow.
