Source: State police say they are investigating an accident near Dover that left a female bicyclist dead. Authorities say 46-year-old Sonja Myricks of Dover died after being struck by an SUV shortly after 4 a.m. Monday while riding on Route 13 just north of Dover. Investigators say the driver of the sport utility vehicle, 63-year-old Frank Spencer of Smyrna, was not injured. Authorities say Myricks was pedaling her bicycle northbound in the southbound right lane when she was struck.
