Thomas W. Honnett of Palm Springs was riding his Schwinn bicycle at 10:46 p.m. Thursday west in the crosswalk on the 10th Avenue North entrance ramp to the highway. Honnett was struck by a 1999 Honda Civic driven by 24-year-old Milagro M. Cardona, according to a crash report released by FHP spokesman Lt. Tim Frith. She was traveling north on the entrance ramp.
